30 Min Jump Rope Workout – W3D1 (Two Dudes On A Roof)

Story time! The genesis of Zen Dude Fitness goes all the way back to fall of 2014 where we started to kick around the idea for ZDF. To test the waters we put on a workout in Austin, Texas called TWO DUDES ON A ROOF. We got together a bunch of awesome people from our community and did a worked on our apartment building roof along with some yoga and meditation. People loved it. We loved it. And baby Zen Dude Fitness was born. This workout right here is an example of what those workouts used to look like. The goal is to help you train both your body and mind at the same time. You know. 30 seconds – walking push ups
30 seconds – jump rope – regular bounce
30 seconds – regular push ups
30 seconds – jump rope – run in place
30 seconds – walking push ups
30 seconds – jump rope – regular bounce
30 seconds – regular push ups
30 seconds – jump rope – run in place

**rest 10 seconds between exercises
**complete circuit 3-5x (3 beginner, 5 for advanced)
